Thanks so much for getting this report back to us so promptly.
We knew that the property would require some updating when we viewed it and following our discussion I think our only areas of concerns are what you raised with me on the phone,  the pressure release valve, the overflow on the downstairs wc and also the consumer unit and meter have been moved so we have asked for any paperwork regarding this and for the 2 plumbing issues to be resolved before completion
We had already flagged up to our solicitor as to when the boiler was last serviced and if the gas appliances (fire and hob) have also recently been tested.
Thank you again for your excellent service, we are keen to get into the new house and turn it back into a well loved family home.
