The most appropriate property survey for your situation depends on the age and condition of the property as well as what you have planned for it. Level 2 and Levels 3 RICS property surveys vary in how much technical detail and advice they provide and in how in-depth the survey inspection is.
Valuations
Valuations provide an accurate idea of the market value of a property. As RICS registered valuation surveyors, we can provide impartial, non-biased valuations of residential properties. We can provide valuations for:

Specific Defects
For homeowners and business owners, we provide a defects diagnosis service to establish causes and recommended remedies of property defects such as leaking roofs, building movement, damp problems, condensation and mould growth and can also prepare Schedules of Works and oversee the remediation works if so required.
Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Like all our property surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments are conducted by RICS registered and chartered surveyors and provide an independent and impartial service.
A Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) is the estimated cost of rebuilding a property in the event of the total loss or substantial damage to a property that requires demolition and rebuilding.
We can provide an assessment for both private and commercial properties.
